The new version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 should be with us in Ireland shortly. It looks sharp and slick. It features the new Android operating System version called “Honeycomb”

Price as you can see here is €729 (incl. VAT), though this is for the SIMFREE version. Still seems saucy enough if they are placing this in competition with the IPAD?

MY TWO CENTS: For Android pads to compete with the IPAD they will need to be substantially cheaper WITH on par functionality. At prices like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 people will just opt for an IPAD.
